Our coach-led group fitness class is for everyone! We use a combination of cardio, bodyweight and weights to maximize your hour with us. The workouts are different every day with a huge emphasis on getting you started safely whatever your current age or ability.

ONE-ON-ONE

PERSONAL TRAINING

Receive coaching and programming tailored to you and your needs. You determine when you workout and each session is individually tailored to your goals and fitness level. This is a great option for those who want a more private setting, a specific goal or for those who would like to begin here before joining group classes.

Bootcamp

A bootcamp class is a challenging and fast-paced workout that typically involves bodyweight exercises, cardio drills, and strength training to build endurance, burn calories, and improve overall fitness.

Group Based

An age group 55+ fitness class is designed for seniors and focuses on low-impact exercises that improve mobility, balance, and strength, as well as reduce the risk of injury. It typically includes activities such as stretching, light cardio, and resistance training.

When you start at CrossFit Branson, your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days.

The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time so that’s why we recommend 3 classes per week as a start.

Yes! We provide guidance on eating right or sleeping well which can help maximize energy levels – getting YOU maximum results from your efforts.

Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new members fitness level.

Then our workouts are “universally scaled”, with a different version of each days workout designed for every level. As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire.

We invest intentionally in each member’s life, walking you through each step of the journey. We don’t send you off to figure it out in the gym – we take you by the hand and get you where you’re wanting to go. Our coaching goes beyond class time. We work with you to transform your habits and give you the life you dream of.

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.

You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize!

We offer an exciting, challenging and varied programming which will keep it fun! The workouts are published in advance

Some days are more strength focused where will focus on our lifts. Movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings and occasionally some olympics lifts will be included.

Other days, we may focus more on cardio & conditioning with rowers and bikes. Some days are focused on body weight movements like pushups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Some days are a mix of everything.

Each class is 60 minutes and led by qualified coaches. We always start together with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout.

The coach will brief on the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. During the workout, the coach will be guiding and providing instruction.

At the end of class, we will cool down together to accelerate recovery and reduce potential injury.

I’ve been with CrossFit Branson for almost 9 years, and I’m a mom of 3 kids. I started CrossFit after I had my first baby, and then did CrossFit all 40 weeks of my next 2 pregnancies.

Our staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are welcomed, comfortable, and safe at all times. Each one of our coaches will be your biggest cheerleader and supporter. We care about your personal goals and aspirations. Your success is our success.

We’re teaching you to change your old ways in order to create healthy habits that will last forever. We are here to offer you accountability and to not lose sight of your personal goals when life gets in the way.

Crossfit Branson is a place where people learn they’re capable of more than they thought. It’s a place where you change physically as well as mentally. CFB is a place where anyone can come and feel like they belong. We have people from all walks of life in our gym. Everyone is rooting for everyone.

When you walk through the door there is no guesswork. Everything is planned for you from the warm-up & workout to the cool-down. We modify movements and workouts if a person is injured, new, or doesn’t quite have the ability to do certain movements.

When you sign up for CFB, you’re actually paying for Healthcare! The kind that will hopefully keep you out of the doctor’s office. We’re here to help you age gracefully and give you the ability to get up off the ground if you fall. To me that is priceless.

CFB offers in-depth coaching of all movements that most other gyms skip over. At CFB we take pride in slowing the CrossFit movements down and giving everyone scaling options that are suitable for their level of fitness. Our intentionality with our athletes is what sets us apart.

When you choose CFB over other gyms, you’ve made the best decision for your health and fitness. You’ve decided you don’t want to waste any more time on the elliptical. You have decided you want the highest level of professional coaching and not a “trainer” who received a “certificate” from an online program, but a professional CrossFit Coach. You have decided that your workouts are boring and you are not reaching any new goals.

You’re receiving the literal operating system for the human body. It requires a lot of instruction, coaching, and service to each one of our clients. It’s not a place where you get a wave from the front desk person and then zero interaction once you enter the doors. It’s expensive because someone is there, “holding your hand” making sure you show up and your goals are accomplished. It is expensive, but so are health costs as you get older. You either pay now or pay later. We are working on human bodies and minds, we aren’t selling access to treadmills. Really it’s a no-brainer.

I embody what it means to be a CrossFitter. I use the methodology to help me in life. I am not here to get better at CrossFit. I am here to get better at life. Use your fitness! Get outside, learn, and play new sports. Go on adventures.

As Your Coach:

I serve up some hard truths sometimes. I ask a lot of questions. It’s all an attempt to get to know you and make you aware of the habits that got you here in the first place. What are your reasons for working out? I meet with you to make sure you are pursuing those goals and changing the habits you came in to fix. You might feel pushed. You might feel like you have to lean into the scary parts. But I am here with you through all of that. I am not a drill sergeant, but rather a mountain guide. I will help you choose the path you want to take up the mountain and catch you if you fall. But you have to trust me and believe in yourself because I do.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive billing cycles each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 28 days in duration at a minimum and 28 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 28-days written notice to cancel your membership for monthly memberships, and 7-days written notice for weekly memberships. This form will serve as your written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 28-days of your invoice billing date (or within 7 days for weekly memberships), the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid cycle. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
